Catering Assistant
Job Details:
Salary: Dependant on Experience
Location: Unit 16 Woodside Rd, Swindon SN3 4WA
Schedule: Permanent, Full-time. Day shift – Monday to Friday (Overtime and Weekend availability, Inc. Public Holidays)
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Hospitality: 1 year (required)
Requirements:
Weekend and public holiday availability is essential, along with previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality role. Strong leadership skills are key—remaining calm under pressure and motivating under fire—paired with high energy and the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a proactive team. A passion for great food and delivering top-tier customer service drives performance, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, commercially aware, and performance-driven, while remaining hands-on, flexible, and willing to jump into any task when needed. Organised, detail-focused, and obsessed with cleanliness and maintaining high standards, this team player thrives under pressure and works well independently. An interest in street food and a love for Bristol’s vibrant food scene complete the ideal profile.
