Boneless Thighs Are Here

You asked, we listened. Our boneless chicken thighs are officially part of the New Menu, bringing you that signature Gurt crunch with even more flavour options.

Our OG boneless thighs are coated in our classic dredge and spice mix — golden, crispy, and bursting with our original Gurt seasoning. They’re proper comfort food done right.

If you prefer something different, try our Asian boneless thighs. They’re slightly smaller but packed with a completely different dredge and soak, inspired by our bold Asian flavours. Think zesty and aromatic.

The Gurty Gurt Burger

Now, let’s talk burgers. The Gurty Gurt Burger is a serious showstopper and IT’S BACK! Juicy, saucy, and totally customisable. Made with OG boneless thigh and you can double up with two thighs if you’re feeling extra hungry.

All burgers come with lettuce, cheese, pickle and your choice of Original sauce combinations, like our famous Buffalo and Blue Cheese, creamy Ranch, or smoky BBQ and Baconnaise.

Even better — all burgers and New Menu items are available now at our Bristol (Wapping Wharf) and Reading (Blue Collar Corner) locations!

The Gurt Umi Burger

Cheese lovers, this one’s for you. The Gurt Umi Burger is made with the same squeaky cheese used in our legendary Cheese STIX, and it’s a proper crowd-pleaser. Pair it with any of our OG sauces (we recommend Ranch!) and, of course, double up if you’re feeling indulgent.

New Tot Salts

We’ve given our Tater Tots an upgrade! Our New Menu introduces exciting new salt options — Cajun Salt for a little kick, and Hot Salt for that fiery finish.

Add them to any order — meals, loaded tots, or on the side. You’ll find these new salts available at all Gurt Wings trucks, as well as our Bristol and Reading locations.

Kids Meals Are Now on the Menu

The little ones don’t miss out either. Our Kids Meals feature a choice of 2 Wings & Tots, 2 Strips & Tots, or 2 Cheese STIX & Tots for £6.95, plus the option to add a Cawston Press Juice for £1.

Perfectly portioned and made with the same care as the rest of our menu, these meals are now available everywhere — so even your mini-Gurts can enjoy the feast.
